This is angry me writing this post ...

Ya I know, I know – this is not the place to write about official etiquette. But recently I’m getting so pissed when I come across some mails without a salutation.
When you send an official mail, be it an answer to a question or a simple comment, it should have a “Hi so-nd-so” inevitably in the beginning. At least that’s what I feel. Come on, putting someone’s name is not a time consuming activity!

ohohohoho !!!!! Gussaaaaa !!!!

But the point well taken !!!

The evident intention of people sending mails with out any kind of salutation or name is simply because they want to express their disrespect to the recipient...often they expect the recipient to react the same manner back..

They leave it to the recipient whether to be smart or eyesore...

Or they are just being stupid !!!

But the fact remains the things which we would normally frown upon in any other trade, are THE way of life here.

I remember the other day I was at delhi, and I had switch foot's "meant to live' (a rock band) as my ringtone. He was like you-have-that-as-your-ringtone-what-kind-of-place-do-you-work-in. SOS
